I am working on my PhD research – topic Market disruption: Rapid changes fueling sustainable business model innovation in the Hospitality Field. As we live in post-pandemic market, change capacity is crucial for future success. This survey is designed to gather insight on how HORECA, tourism and events business companies and their employees act in turbulent business environment. Please note, in this survey we focus on changes brought upon the COVID-19 pandemic. As you answer, please consider current state in your company.
